Do you have a trial period?
No, we do not offer a trial period at this time.
Do you accept PayPal?
Yes, we accept PayPal.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log into your account and go to the plans page. There you will see a button to cancel your subscription.
Can I pause my subscription?
No, we do not offer subscription pausing at this time.
If I cancel my subscription, will I get a prorated refund for the time remaining?
No, we do not provide refunds. When you cancel, you will continue to have full access until the end of your paid term. Certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis and granted in the sole discretion of Feedmaster.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit and credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, American Express) and PayPal.
What are imports?
Imports are data syncs or data refreshes between Feedmaster and your platform. For example, 24 imports means 1 data sync every hour.
What are items?
Items are your products, including product variants. Each unique product or variant counts as one item.

Yes, we do! Please contact us with your specific requirements and we'll work with you to create a plan that meets your needs.
